Intimate Full Service

This service is our Full-Service option for intimate gatherings of 40 guests or less! Much like our full-scale planning service, we will curate, design and plan all aspects of your intimate wedding!

​DESIGN PROCESS

  • We begin our Intimate Full-Service planning the same way we do our full-scale design & management package, with your event design! This will give us the framework for our whole planning process.

PLANNING PROCESS​​

  • Vendor team curation and ongoing communication

  • Planning timeline with to-do lists for each month

  • 6 in-person meetings with your planner

  • Contract review and negotiation

  • Establish a budget and notify when payments are due

  • Arrange room blocks for out-of-town guests  

  • Coordinate transportation for guests, wedding party, and family

  • Assist with seating arrangements​​

EVENT MANAGEMENT

  • A one-hour ceremony rehearsal the evening before (can be added to wedding day coverage if preferred)

  • 10 hours of wedding day coverage from your Lead Planner

  • One assistant coordinator for the execution of your event

  • Placement of all décor and personal items for ceremony and reception

  • Oversee vendors set up and take down

  • Event supervision

  • Help pack up all décor + personal items to send home with family on the wedding night
